Minimum 1 Year Warranty*
All Volkswagen Certified Used Cars come with at least a 12-month warranty. So, you can rest assured that if the unexpected happens, you will be protected. *Extensions Available.
1 Year Roadside Assistance
All our Certified Used Cars come with a minimum 12-month Volkswagen roadside assistance, offered to assist owners in the event of a breakdown anywhere in the Middle East, 365 days a year. In the event of a malfunction, simply call the 24-hour toll free number in your country.
Service History
We will provide you with a certificate of service records during the handover of the vehicle, which will detail all routine service work performed by an authorized Volkswagen Service Center network. It also verifies the car's identity and status of the warranty.
Trade-in/Sell your car
Trade in your current vehicle of any brand for a Volkswagen Certified Used Car. All of our Volkswagen dealerships have the ability to evaluate your current vehicle and reduce the cost of your future vehicle by that amount. Please ask your dealer for details.
About our warranty
The pleasure of driving a Volkswagen would not be complete without the peace of knowing your purchase is safe. That is why our extended warranty guarantees that the peace of mind associated with a purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen continues long after your warranty expires. This page lists the benefits that our warranty coverage policy provides, the coverage conditions and owner’s responsibilities.
What is covered?
If your vehicle suffers a mechanical failure of a covered component we will, during the warranty period, cover the cost of having the mechanical failure repaired, only if it is repaired by an authorised VW dealer subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The components covered include any component of your vehicle that was originally covered by the VW new vehicle warranty, but excludes those components described under 'What is not covered'.
The most we will pay is limited to the market value of the vehicle as at the date of the mechanical failure inclusive of additional benefits or as per the limits stipulated in the Warranty booklet provided with the vehicle.
Owner's responsibility
It is a condition of our warranty that the owner is required to service and maintain the vehicle in accordance with Volkswagen established recommendations as outlined in the original Volkswagen Service and Warranty Information booklet.
For warranty protection scheduled service maintenance must be performed at an Authorised Volkswagen Service Centre, in accordance with the owner's manual. The intervals between services must not exceed the stipulated mileage or time by more than 500 kms or 10 days, unless approved by Volkswagen Middle East. This is to ensure that your vehicle is maintained in accordance with Volkswagen standards.
Please ensure that the vehicle's service booklet is updated and stamped with every scheduled service at your local Volkswagen Authorised Service Centre.
